What hours are you open to the public?

Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm, 
Saturdays 9am to 2 pm
Sundays strictly drop-off and pick-up only, 9am to noon and from 4pm to 5pm.

We are closed to the public New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Are All Dogs Accepted?
 
No aggressive, unsocial, unneutered or unspayed dogs will be accepted. Also, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, German Shepherds or destructive pets are not allowed.

What Else Should I Bring?

Crates if pets sleep in them a favorite blanket or bedding.

Is There An Additional charge for Late Pick Up?

A daycare fee of $15 will be added for any pet not picked up by 12 noon until the close of our normal business hours.
No pick-ups at all after 7pm

What are your rates?
Our rate for a single dog is $27 per night first dog, $17 for second & Third, Same Suite. 
$15 for dog daycare

Daycare is available 7am-6pm Monday through Friday. Fees for other types of pets will be determined on a case by case basis.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept all major Credit Cards, we also accept cash and personal checks.

Where are you located?

We are located between Inverness and Crystal River at 3869 W. Homosassa Trail, Lecanto, Florida 34461  1/10 mile from SR44 

Do I Need Vaccination Papers?

Yes. All animals must be current in their vaccinations, proof of which must be provided at time of check in.

Do I Need To Bring Food?

Yes. Owners are required to provide guest’s food in order that their digestive systems not be distressed.

What If My Pet Requires Medication?

Medications provided by Owners will be administered as prescribed.

What If My Pet Has Special Issues?

Owners must make known at check-in all health problems from which their pets may suffer, any behavior problems, his fears, etc. so that we are aware.

What If I Need To Pick Up Or Check In At Odd Hours?

Pick ups and check ins outside of normal business hours usually are possible if such arrangements are made in advance.

What If My Pet Has A Medical Emergency?

Should a medical emergency arise and we are unable to contact the owner, pet will be taken to our veterinarian for treatment at owner’s cost.
